Visa Formula E Battersea Park launch.

For two years running Heart have been engaged by Visa Europe to activate their sponsorship of Formula E, the world’s first fully electric motor-racing  series. In 2016, Heart delivered multiple onsite activations during the weekend. Visa Fan Radio saw over 31,000 branded headset distributed to park visitors, with live broadcast content hosted by Jodie Kidd and Colin Murray – featuring driver interviews, commentary and the very latest event information. The Visa Fan Garage meanwhile acted as the brand’s most prominent physical hub onsite. Offering a unique VIP experience with trackside views.

Heart was engaged by Visa to deliver the internal launch of the brand’s partnership with Formula E motor racing for colleagues at Visa’s European headquarters in Paddington, London.

The brand launch comprised of a Q&A with racing drivers and Formula E’s CEO Alejandro Agag in the office canteen, followed by an opportunity for colleagues to sit in a real Formula E racing car and pose for photographs outside in the front of Visa’s office building. This was an addition to the opportunity to try driving a lap in a formula E using a state of the art racing simulator.

Heart was approached by Visa to deliver the internal office rebranding showcasing the partnership with Women’s Euro 2022 for colleagues at Visa’s European headquarters in Paddington, London. Celebrating proud sponsors with a building façade wrap and activations.

Visa WEURO’s Roadshow & Fan Party.

In early 2022 Heart was appointed by Visa to design and develop ideas for the Women’s Euro’s including fan zone activations and experiential host city roadshow.

Visa’s brief to Heart was to create an experiential promotional tour that visited all 9 Women’s Euro host cities designed to bring awareness to the tournament and help to sell tickets to the games Our challenge was to create a range of experiences for all age and abilities but specifically girls that have never followed or played football before.

We achieved this by developing a digital quick response game highlighting Team Visa players and a ‘dream ticket machine’ that rewarded participants with prizes for buying match tickets.

The tour was a huge success reaching 350k people over 11 days. The roadshow ended at the Trafalgar Square fan zone where the Visa stand activated for the duration of the tournament.

Visa FIFA World Cup Viewing Party.

In Winter 2022, Heart was asked to create a FIFA World Cup viewing party for the England v Wales match intertwined with Visa’s first key introduction to the Metaverse. The event was held at 500ft in London’s Sky Garden, one of only 26 events in the year to take complete ownership of the space. 200 attendees of Visa staff and clients had the chance to hear from football legends Patrick Vieira and Fran Kirby along with David Jones in a Talent Q&A and match commentary.

Attendees were welcomed into the metaverse through the use of 10 VR headsets and two touchscreens in one of the first multi-sponsor metaverse platform in the world, amplifying Visa’s key positioning within the metaverse space.
