GREATER LONDON AUTHORITY

Heart was responsible for delivering elements of the Last KM activity during men's Euros 2020.

The activity took place on the key walking route around the concourse of Wembley Stadium to build anticipation and excitement prior to kick-off.

Roaming interactions, such as flag bearers and stilt walkers as well as static interactions (buskers) provided fan engagement and live entertainment to build the atmosphere ahead of the game which proved extremely popular.

Men's Euros 2020 'Live from the Square' hybrid event.

As the host city of the UEFA EURO tournament this summer, London became the home of some of the biggest fan moments across Europe. As part of the GLA [Greater London Authority] fan activation programme for London, on July 10th (the day before the England v Italy final), Heart created a one-off live streamed event at Trafalgar Square.

The event ‘s objective was to build excitement for the final game and celebrate the tournament so far. The live show was hosted by TV sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher and influencer/presenter Radzi. The show included live music, performances and interviews with legends such as ex-captain of England’s women’s team, Faye White and ex-England player, Carlton Cole. Heart produced and directed an ’as live’ section of the show producing script, remote pre- records of John Barnes and orchestrating the onstage interaction for a live audience and local broadcast.

For the men’s Euros in 2022, Heart was responsible for touring the Euro trophy to key locations around the country.

On its journey via a custom built electric car, the trophy was a PR hit with special moments including the tournament's mascot playing keepy-uppy with London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan.
