ABB Formula E Championship title partnership launch.

In January 2018, Formula E unveiled their most lucrative and high-profile commercial partner to date – ABB. The industrial robotics and technology giant chose Heart to produce their first high-profile venture into the world of electric motor-sport. Our services included a press conference for more than 100 international media representatives, including a number of senior stake-holding delegates from the arenas of business, technology and motorsport.

The event was held at the exclusive Saatchi Gallery in central London. A peak moment for the press was the choreographed manoeuvring of an ABB robotic arm weighing over a metric ton. As the arm lifted, it removed the cloth covering a full-size Formula E car, revealing its new sponsor’s branding. The response and reach from the press was highly positive and our client reported excellent feedback.

Visa Formula E Battersea Park.

For two years running Heart have been engaged by VISA Europe to activate their sponsorship of Formula E, the world’s first fully electric motorsport series. In 2016, Heart delivered multiple onsite activations during the weekend. VISA Fan Radio saw over 31,000 branded headsets distributed to park visitors, with live broadcast content hosted by Jodie Kidd and Collin Murray - featuring driver interviews, commentary and the very latest event information. The VISA Fan Garage meanwhile acted as the brand’s most prominent physical hub onsite. Offering a unique VIP experience with trackside views, the exclusive structure featured car concept sofas, butler service, personal chaperones and even special visits from Nelson Piquet Junior.
