LOTR: Rings of Power Influencer Event.

In 2022 Amazon approached Heart to create a very specific type of influencer event.

With the new Rings of Power Lord of the Rings series about to launch, the worlds most expensive show to date, Amazon needed to get the franchises fiercely loyal fanbase to see that Amazon were staying true to J.R.R Tolkien's original vision.

Hearts challenge was to take 100 influencers and fans from around the world into the authors world with an ‘access all areas’ tour of Tolkien's home town of Oxford with entertainment and a special screening of the show.

The Brief.

The tour took the influencers to Tolkien’s old haunts around Oxford from his favourite pub to the Bodleian Library where he studied. The trip used knowledgeable tour guides to dig deep into LOTR history whilst enjoying some of the scenic activities Oxford has to offer such as a punt along the river through the historic city.

The event ended back in London at Soho House where entertainment, themed F&B preceded the screening.
